One platform for the whole supply lifecycle

From the first order to the last shelf count, WonderCare covers how healthcare facilities buy and manage supplies.

01

Catalog & procurement

A searchable, contracted catalogue with your negotiated pricing. Build saved purchase lists and reorder in seconds.

02

Recurring orders

Standing orders on weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom cadences — generated automatically and safe to retry.

03

Facility inventory

Track on-site stock with an append-only ledger, reorder points, and low-stock alerts the moment you dip below threshold.

04

Delivery tracking

A clear timeline from received to delivered, so every department knows exactly what’s arriving and when.

05

Approvals & governance

Approval thresholds and role-based permissions keep spend controlled without slowing your team down.

06

Reporting

Understand consumption and spend across facilities, with the clean data that powers forecasting down the line.

How a rollout works

  1. 01

    Onboard

  4. 04

    Optimise

Use reporting to tighten reorder points and reduce waste over time.

FAQ

Common questions

01Do I need to install anything?

No. WonderCare runs in the browser. Sign in from any device — desktop, tablet, or phone.

02How do recurring orders handle approvals?

If a template requires approval, each generated order is routed to an approver before it’s placed. Generation is idempotent, so a retry never double-orders.

03How is facility inventory kept accurate?

Every change writes an immutable movement to the ledger with the quantity delta and the resulting balance, so the on-hand count is always reconcilable.
