Getting going

How a rollout works

  1. 1

    Onboard

Register your organisation and facilities, and invite your team with the right roles.

  2. 2

    Configure

Set reorder points, recurring templates, and approval rules that match your policies.

  3. 3

    Operate

Order, receive, and log consumption — the ledger keeps everything reconcilable.

  4. 4

    Optimise

Use reporting to tighten reorder points and reduce waste over time.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to install anything?+

No. WonderCare runs in the browser. Sign in from any device — desktop, tablet, or phone.

How do recurring orders handle approvals?+

If a template requires approval, each generated order is routed to an approver before it’s placed. Generation is idempotent, so a retry never double-orders.

How is facility inventory kept accurate?+

Every change writes an immutable movement to the ledger with the quantity delta and the resulting balance, so the on-hand count is always reconcilable.
